"Unfortunately I am really disappointed with my experience here. I should have listened to the other reviews. I went in looking for a basic manicure and it was incredibly rushed and sloppy. The woman even stood up and walked to the next guest without a word. Left with nail polish stains on skin, patchy spots of nail polish, and even missed filing and cuticle cleaning some nails. At one point the cuticle pusher wasn’t even touching, they were just going through the motions. It was uncomfortable and not worth it at all! I would not recommend this place to anyone and won’t ever go back. Save your money and go somewhere else! :("

"We came, the service was horrible, impatient and very unprofessional, Asking us why aren’t we giving tip (obvious reasons), On top of that, I got mine done, when I got them I could tell they were done poorly , and they were very weak because of the way the worker did them. and on the same night they actually broke one by one! We came back to the place to get some sort of refund and they all yelled at us! Very not recommended…."

"This is by far my favorite new nail place! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for service, and they always do a great job! I hate to give away my secret, but Kimmy is so meticulous with making my nails look all even and perfect. As long as she is there, I for sure will never go anywhere else. This is not to say that others aren't as good, but I found Kimmy the first visit and haven't stopped going back. I also love that I can grab a soda or water while I'm there. Nice little treat."

"Went to Vixen for an acrylic fill. Thought from the reviews it was going to be great. Unfortunately, it was not. My appointment was at 6 and I didn’t leave until 7:15. Two people walked in AFTER I was seated and they left me while removing the gel to attend to them instead. The painting was awful and didn’t even start at the root or go to the edges on multiple nails. Chips on at least 3 nails that I didn’t see until I was home. It already looks like I’m a week out after a fill. I will not be going back there! Save your money for somewhere else! Update: The next morning, my nail polish was peeling off."
