"IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THIS WOULD BE THEIR RATING. Felix gave us molds back that were not my Husbands and argued that they were right. The inserts they made were then INCORRECT. Excuses made for length of time to provide services. MULTIPLE BRANDS OF SHOES THEY OFFER they say they cant get So very few styles to chose from Felix never shared that MEDICAID/Health insurance pays for 3 sets of inserts each year nor do they tell you to come back in 4 months for your next set. Bet your insurance is charged for them but you never receive them. Also their inserts are made of HARD BLUE PLASTIC. NOT THE soft inserts we received at another service provider RIGHT HERE IN HOT SPRINGS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE to get what your entitled to."

"I'm paralyzed & have a horrible time finding shoes that fit. I've wasted hours & hours trying on shoes. Buying ones I thought would work, only to get them home and find out they hurt too much, or wasn't deep enough, or wide enough, or long enough to be comfortable. I forgot her name, but she has been there for years. She is Amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable,. She knew what I needed & doesn't waste time on a shoe that she clearly knew wouldn't work for me. She's like finding that perfect barber or hair stylest that that makes you feel like a million bucks! She measured, length, width & depth of both feet. She explained how & why a shoe Id pick wouldn't work. Within 6 minutes she was able to help me guide me to the cutest shoe & once again, explained why & how it was not only the most practical choice, but of the qualities that only someone with experience, understanding and knowledge would have. I had bought a pair there @ 8 years ago. I love them but my feet have changed & they don't fit. She's able to stretch them out, so I will have not one, but Two pairs of shoes. I was in/out in less than 20 minutes.Thank you for making something I dreaded into the best shoe shopping experience Ive ever had."

"I am in awe of the customer service at Felix. I came in at the last minute and Meagan worked me in without an appointment. Bryan quickly diagnosed my problem and Gayle stayed through her lunch hour to repair the problem. This is above and beyond the call customer service for a man who had never darkened their door before. Even better, the cost -- when you consider the quality of the finished product -- was more than reasonable. Don't be like me. Make an appointment and be prepared. I think you will be very pleased with the service and quality provided by the great staff at Felix."

"I've been going here for a little over a year now for shoes and custom inserts since the other place in town I was using decided to try and rip me off. Gail who helped me is absolutely amazing and passionate about her work. I needed my left insert shaved down a little and she made it her priority to make the adjustment and it fit perfectly. However, I was very relieved that there was a new person working the front of office. The old employee whose name was Chasity or Chastity, was absolutely horrible. I was honestly dreading going back because of her. Now I will continue using them for future needs. Thank you."

"I wasted multiple trips here for insoles for nothing, they kept cutting them so short my toes would hang completely off the end and then they treated me badly with an attitude because they had to redo their mistakes and start over a couple times. This was a very unprofessional experience for a medical place that deals with health insurance and trying to help people in pain. All said and done I’m stuck with insoles that are pieced together on the end because I had to move out of town before they got around to finishing them correctly"
