"I called to schedule a consultation and the receptionist stated that my issue was not one examined or treated at the clinic. I was confused and called again for clarity since there were several potentially helpful services listed on the office’s website. I was then told by the same receptionist that in fact they weren’t taking any new patients. This was communicated to me with just an emphatic “NO”. Rude. A simple explanation involving some basic customer service would have been more appropriate."
