"Books A Million is running a scam trapping customers into multiple magazine subscriptions when you purchase something in their store. My particular problem happened at the Hot Springs, AR location. They tell you that you get 3 free months of magazine subscriptions. They do not tell you you have to cancel or be charged. They retain your credit card information without your permission and then you end up with multiple unauthorized charges. Canceling is almost impossible. I reported you to FTC for deceptive business practices."

"Love this store! Great book selection and it always feels welcoming in here. I’ve been able to find a plethora of Tarot decks, metaphysical books,sticker books, some novelty items and educational books that aid in home schooling. Almost anything you’d look for I’ve been able to find here."

"If you like books, and reading, drop in. Anime, fiction, historical, biography, magazines, they got it all! Pretty Organized, a lot of books spread over a giant building. Wish the staff was easily recognized on the floor, only person I knew that was working was behind the counter. Only reason it's not 5 stars is employees don't look the Part, at least when I was there. I had a few questions but by the time I checked out I had literally looked over the entire store and was sure they didn't have what I was looking for. Very clean, plenty of seats to read. Will be back for sure."

"This is quite a book store for a small town. My wife thought it was bigger than Barnes & Noble. She found what she was looking for. I wasn’t really looking for anything specific, just something new and interesting to me. I was over whelmed with the selections available. I needed more time. Friendly helpful staff. A million books, possibly?"

"Just like the books a million Jonesboro, AR used to have. Just as clean, Just as organized, the newsstand is massive with mags, and how I missed Joe muggs coffee shop. This store always has the best selection if everything."
