"The bathroom mirror was not clean and there was hair in the shower. They do not supply water bottles for your coffee pot and you will have to walk next-door to the shell to buy water. The lobby downstairs smelt very strongly of some overpowering smell that was nauseating. Fake plants out front did not look good either. The location was great because it was near the Heart hospital. The breakfast was good, and the employees nice."

"Great location, close to many restaurants, Baptist Hospital, Arkansas Heart Hospital. Upon check in the clerk noticed I was disabled and promptly gave me a 1st floor room. He told me where I could park so I wouldn’t have to walk very far, as they were getting very busy. The keycards they gave the guests were not working well for outside or room doors, had to insert at least 6 times. (Several guests were having issues) The room was nice clean and the bed was comfortable! I called desk to ask about the internet, was told they didn’t have free WiFi.??? Then the desk clerk proceeded to tell me how to connect to the FREE internet. The breakfast had a variety, of fresh fruit, omelets, bacon, pancakes, juice, coffee and milk. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 1st floor, so had to go to 3rd to get ice. After I took shower noticed that there wasn’t a hairdryer in my room, so I had to go to the desk to bring one, because no answer when I called. All in all it was kind of a mixed bag of good and bad."

"Extremely loud night between staff and guests. Couldn't sleep. Also had to kill a disgusting roach on the coffee pot I had intended to use the next day. Not a vending machine in the place so you must go to a store or pay very inflated prices in their little store. Room was cleaned for the most part. Oh and the air conditioner was so loud every time it kicked on it woke me up. Not worth the money.. I'll find a new place next time. Also if the hotel wants to reply, do not bother unless it comes with a refund."

"We chose this hotel for its location. The parking lot is a bit awkward. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. We had asked for a wake up call that never came. Michael was at the front desk when we checked out. I asked him about the wake up call, just to help the next person. He laughed and ridiculed me for my concern. He said what could he do because he had only been there 2 days. Obviously my business is not wanted."

"Nice place and location. I booked the room for a family member. I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly so I called to see if the family member needed my card I booked the room on. The hotel said "no just tell the front desk to use the card on file". That was wrong advice and the family member had to use their own card. Please give out correct information to make guests trips go smoothly."
