"Got in around dinner time and went to check in. Rebel is a fantastic front desk worker and she is so sweet! She let us know if we needed anything after hours that we could call and she would bring anything over. She kept her word on that and was very attentive! The motel itself was rough around the edges. The first thing I noticed when we arrived was the paint peeling off the doors. If the motel can't dress up the outside, it's usually worse inside. Thankfully that wasn't the case here. The rooms seem recently redone. It was bare bones for sure. No microwave. No fridge. No towels. No toilet paper holder. Pretty much was a one-night-stay type of motel (That's all we needed it for anyways). Our door did not lock properly. And we were able to push it right in, no key or force needed. The only way we could get it to lock from the outside was to jiggle the handle while pulling hard and it was hit or miss. We didn't feel our belongings were safe when we left because of this. We were able to deadbolt the door if we pulled hard on the handle while bolting it. But otherwise, it was a pain. The room was warm and it was a roof over our heads for $60 in a decent area so there's not much else bad to say. Rebel was kind enough to run us some towels after we let her know there were none in the room and we appreciated it. The motel is in a good location! We felt safe. The parking lot is lit enough. And it's walking distance to a few things. You can even walk downtown if you want a longer walk. It's about a half hour walk to the casino and 15-20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs. This motel is great if you're looking for a budget place to crash for the night. But I would've struggled staying here for longer. Staff is awesome!"
"We went in paid for a week and no refrigerator we asked several times the headboard was broken and leaning with a screw in it on top of that the nightstand in the middle was wobbly falling apart. We did call the office and asked for another room. They told us they didn’t have anymore rooms and they did they never not one time came and checked on us that week. They never tried to give us fresh towels never asked if we need toilet paper or anything then at the end of the week we try to pay for another night she got really rude with us ended up telling us we had 30 minutes to leave and kept are hundred dollar deposit and said we tore up the room. I wish I knew the woman’s name from when I left it was a older lady and a woman probably in her late 20s kind of a big girl not really big but she’s tall got meat on her had a really snotty attitude like they were better than everyone else, and just didn’t wanna work with anybody on anything They are a horrible motel. There are a couple of people there that have really bad attitudes and if you look under the beds and stuff, they do not clean their beds there’s mold all around the rims in the sink."
"Not a kid friendly environment period. The ladies that work there look like they've been up for a few days. They charge my card an extra sixty five dollars. She said that my children left Feces on toilet paper Which I know is a lie. They needed that extra money for a Sandwich."
"The rooms are being redone. They are cute and quiant for the price. The lady behind the desk, Rebel, was awesome!!! Anything that was requested by me or other customers, she was on it!! She makes your stay feel like home. That in itself is worth the stay."
