"Very disappointed in my State Farm agent and overall customer service. We got pounded by the hail storm April 15. We went online that evening and filed our claim. I’m now waiting on a “virtual” estimate on my vehicle, and sometime after May 8th for someone to come look at my house. I had to upload all the photos for my vehicle for someone to look at and give the estimate? Whatever happened to customer service? Where’s my agent? Why am I doing a job I pay premiums for? I would love to have my old agent back, he came to see us after the tornadoes in 1996 and again after the hail storm in 2009. I was told by a female that if I had leaks in my roof, it was “my responsibility” to cover them and prevent any further damage, yet I do not climb on roofs and the company I’m hiring cannot get to work until I have insurance look at it. This is what you get after over 30 years with them? Frustrated and disappointed!"
