"Well, when I stayed in Arkansas In Benton, I wasn’t happy I had mice in my room. There was no breakfast bar which it said breakfast bar. There wasn’t none. I stayed in Texas at the Comfort Inn suits. They were awesome. When I stayed in Alma Arkansas, it was fabulous. I loved it."

"They need to be straightforward at check in that people with pets will not be staying in a room equivalent to what's advertised. You will be placed in a questionably cleaned outdated and in need of repair "motel" type building out back. The doors to this building are not interior. There is also a window without a lock that made us feel uneasy. The beds were comfortable and clean and ultimately we decided to stay. additionally, there were a few cleanliness issues and repairs that needed to be made to the room such as a crack in the bath and a questionable stain on the curtains. The positive was the comfortable beds, kind staff and good breakfast."

"Really nice hotel at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the King suite with the mini kitchenette...a counter, a sink, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, desk, table and chairs. Lots of room! The staff was nice, breakfast was good. This will be our new go-to place when visiting the Fort Smith area!"

"The staff member who checked us in was very courteous. I had a hard time understanding what he was telling me, but he was very patient in helping me understand that I was getting a room away from the main hotel because I had a pet. The room was still fine though I understand the reason and appreciate the reason for the special rooms. Stains on the carpet are a good reason to have separate rooms for owners with pets. Still the room smelled fine and the linen smelled fresh. Some caulking needed to be done in the bathroom. We were fine with the accommodations and would stay there again in the future. The breakfast was acceptable, also."
