"The food was so greasy that it literally had the bottom of the bucket in grease! Maybe a half inch of grease and the chicken was so soggy in grease! It was just thrown all together and I was the only one there in line and no one inside so being in a hurry isn't an excuse so maybe laziness?!?! I am so disappointed after spending 42 dollars to feed my family to get nothing but sad faces at the table complaining about how soggy it was and greasy..... I'm not the one to complain but jeez this was uncalled for..."

"After getting home we got the 8 pieace bucket with extra potato the chicken was like it sat in oil it tasted old the the gray was thin as water the potato tasted old the biscuits was so hard when cutting them they feel apart. I've tried calling the store to get my money back $43 and change for a meal that wasn't fit to eat. Guess I need to call corporate"

"I walked in a 8:15pm to place a togo order and for some reason, the sight of a black man angered this woman so, that she threw the mop in her hand across the dining room onto the floor. She angrily took my order. Ironically she pleasantly smiled at the white couple that walked in a few minutes after I entered. 2024 Arkansas….go figure"

"The building is in dire need of help. The roof is leaking. Half of the lobby is closed with buckets catching water. Thr food was a bit dry. Service was okay but need to clean the tablrs and sweep."
