"This is the type of hotel that you can tell the owners actually care. Not only does it smell clean, but it is immaculate. It is beautifully updated. We felt welcomed and at home as soon as we walked in the door. The best part of the hotel is the lady who works the front desk, Marka. Not only did she walk us to the elevator, but she showed us the direction of our room and the best place to park. She could easily work at a five-star luxury resort with the customer service that she provided. I should also mention that I work in the travel industry in this kind of customer care is rare.
