"We were inside for 35 minutes waiting in line for hair cuts before they came over to talk to us...said they can't even do a straight cut across for a girls hair or even a trim. Would not even cut my sons hair because he did not want a buz cut. They waited to even acknowledge us when we walked in and waited until they only had 30 minutes left before close to even try to cut any of our hair and then said they could not.... them telling us that they are not sure they can cut hair...being a hair place, it's weird."
