"I went there today the door said they were open but it was locked up tight, and nobody around. No sign on the door either."
"I went into Sally Beauty to return products. Instead of offering to take the time to put said products on the two separate transactions as they should have been, in order for me to actually get my money back. The employees (with purple and green hair specifically, who is extremely rude) decided for me, without explaining to me the options before proceeding. I was given my refund on a gift card, since she compiled the two separate transactions into one. This wasn’t explained to me until after my money was on a gift card to their store, which I no longer want to shop at. When I asked why this was done without asking first or explaining the process because I didn’t want a gift card the two girls at the front said I can call customer service myself, but that nothing would happen in my benefit."
