"Very uneven and messy cut. My sides had about a one inch difference. And my back had stands of hair just cut half way off. My appointment was suppose to be at 1:00 and they didn’t get me to get my haircut until around 1:15-1:20"

"I have been going to Cost cutters for years and I absolutely loved it every time. The customer service is excellent, and I have never had a bad experience. Although Cost cutters no longer has online booking, and is short staffed they still never fail to impress my family and I. Many people get other salons and Cost Cutters mixed up and I believe that’s where the bad reviews are coming from but I absolutely love it at Cost Cutters in Willmar and will continue to go back."

"Terrible service, if I could give it zero stars I would. I took my daughter to get a haircut and this girl just messed up her hair. She didn't even have to do a complicated haircut. She was rough and just not interested. I told her we were going to donate her hair, and she just responded "Oh you're doing that" like cutting 14in of hair was nothing. I'm not saying all workers are the same, but this person, which I didn't even get her name, does a terrible job. You could recognize her for her terrible outdated look. I can't believe I trusted her with my daughter's hair. Oh well! If I can prevent someone to have my experience I will. Here are some pictures. You decide if you risk it."
