"I bought my first pair of shoes here for work. So far, they are working great."

"Bought a 511 roller bag from this store and the handle ripped. I contacted 511 and sent them a picture and they instructed me to return it for a replacement from this store, where I purchased it from. When I brought it back, morning of 15 Dec 2023, the clerk would not even listen to me and stated that the airline was responsible for paying for it. At no time did I mention airlines and furthermore, it did not break from the airlines. This clerk attempted to explain airline policy to me, again, it did not break due to air travel and as a commercial Pilot, I believe I may know a little bit more about airline policy than he does. He then stated that I overloaded the bag with absolutely zero knowledge of how much I carry in this bag. After only a couple of minutes, it became abundantly obvious that this knucklehead was unwilling to stand behind the product or do his job. I ended up calling 511 and explaining what had happened, they verified my purchase and promptly apologized for his unprofessional behavior and sent me a new replacement with no questions asked. I do like 511 gear, clothing and their warranty but will never step foot in this store again, everything going forward will be online purchases only."

"Nice stuff at a high prices but be careful about the clearance close-out merch as they don’t bother to tell you they won’t take it back."

"Customer service is always 100% of the experience here. Any questions, the answer is right behind the counter. Not sure on sizing?They've got that, too. As far as selection, I've been to a few 5.11 stores in the United States, and this store is abundant in offerings. Color, size, type - they have a vast selection. Hats, shirts, pants, belts, so many options for everyone."

"Drew, the store manager, couldn’t have been more helpful! I needed to purchase a couple pairs of cargo style pants and a few polos. He promptly pointed out where these items would be located, along with where the dressing rooms were located. When I couldn’t find some of the colors I wanted on the floor, he immediately ran to the back and was able to find them. His associate Kyle was also very friendly. Overall, Drew was a stand up guy and made the buying experience great. Would definitely recommend checking out this store!"
