"I love Burlington I just don't know what happened this time there was a huge line I ended up leaving all the stuff I needed . They need more cashiers."

"Store is an absolute disaster. Everything is trashed, things all over the ground, broken stuff, etc. Also only 2 registers open but both are very slow. I'm pretty sure thrift stores are more organized and clean than this store. I won't be coming back."

"The young women who helped check me out was fantastic! She answered a bunch of my silly questions and referred me to a store that would have the remaining items I need! People trash there store everyday and they still have a smile on their faces at close.... Hands down best customer service for a lower price. Will come here again, if for nothing else than I know I will be treated kindly. Thanks Richfield Burlington team!"

"The Manager here is very bad to her customers . She closes the registers early, then forces everyone to the front and makes 1 person do all the checking out. I'm not sure if that makes sense to the worker and for sure the customers. I think the way she talks to the workers and her staff is very rude and she needs to really do her job better. I can come to that location teach her if you would like. I was there at 9p and I have experienced this numerous times at this location only sad story."

"Great selection, yes I understand it’s the holidays and the lines will be long all is understandable but being told negative things by the pregnant cashier not so great. I waited in line for over an hour and that was ok but her attitude changed my entire mood. Not cool. I took and didn’t say anything. She needs to remember we all are as frustrated and tired as she is but to scold a customer not cool. I was a leader for Target and that one thing we do not do."
