"Been to this location several times since we’re working down the road and every time has been a poor experience. At least 3 different visits took over 20 minutes to get my food (small order with hardly anyone in the store/drive-thru) and the staff isn’t all that friendly. If you need food quickly, might as well go somewhere else."

"Ordered delivery and received half of my order, and instead of a black beans I got beef on one of the specifically vegan friendly dishes. Submit button doesn't work on the "contact us" section of their app. So here we are. I never go to this location because orders are always wrong, but you get what you get with a delivery order. I do not understand how this is a problem, or how it continues to be a problem every single time."

"Went thru drive thru tonight. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and Burrito Supreme. Waited at the window for 17 minutes while the cashier counted money in her drawer. A man opened the window, didn’t apologize for my wait, took my money, gave my food. Missing my burrito but had a taco in the bag. Requested it be replaced with what I ordered. No apologies offered at any point. Eventually was given my order and went home. Burrito was cold. Nachos were inedible because the chips were made using what tasted like burnt grease. Horrible experience."

"I ordered 2 bean burritos add sour cream and tomatoes, paid for them, but they were made regular. The rest of the food was good though. The dining room was dirty, management needs to have more people on."

"The workers are nice...some seemed spaced out and like they couldn't figure out what their job was, exactly. The food is near sit-down restaurant prices these days, and feeding 4 kids plain tacos cost $30. The tacos were slopped together without any care or consideration. Grease all over the inside of wrapper, barely anything inside the tortillas, which themselves were stale and broken soft tortillas. And in them I'm talking literally two little strings of cheese and maybe one soggy little peice of lettuce. I used to work at Taco Bell and am not super picky but this eas sub par quality. I didn't give them a "1" because the food was at least edible and warm."
