"Very terrible. Was told by a nursing student my daughter was having trouble breathing then told by Dr Maps she was perfectly fine while having Flu A and B. She asked us if we were concerned about her breathing to her she sounded fine. We told her yes and were told she would send in an inhaler. So it’s our choice what medication our daughter needs? Not the doctors? Just confused. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Love Dr. Mapes my oldest has been with her for years never had a problem. Her staff now is horrible. Last week I was told to google has much Tylenol to give my 3 month old. Filed a complaint with admin. Today I had an appointment at 11:10 had to change due to Dr. Mapes having previous engagements I called an informed them I would be a little late due to traffic was told it was fine come in. I get there 2 minutes after the grace period a was told I would have to wait until all the other patients were seen but both waiting rooms were completely empty. It’s so sad such a great doctor has horrible staff. Not to mention the receptionist was on her phone and doesn’t have people skills at all."

"I saw the other reviews, but the doctor was highly recommended, so I called. I was told once my kids’ PCP was updated, they could scheduled me next week. Spent all week on hold getting everything updated, just for the nurse to say too bad, our receptionist is on vacation. She was incredibly rude and the fact that there is no one available for a necessary job is a huge problem. People need vacation time, but the business is responsible for ensuring coverage while someone is gone. I hope we have a different perspective once we see the doctor, but so far, definitely unhappy with the (lack of) customer service."
