"Update: In September, I started with CRE in Dallas, seeing Dr. Collins. By mid-January, I had the egg retrieval, necessary testing, and the transfer. I only needed one transfer to become pregnant! I later realized I am lucky that I left AFG before my transfer, after learning about the high number of failed transfers women endure while at AFG. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic with modern equipment and modern knowledge of the fertility process, give CRE a call. This clinic only has two cuff sizes for blood pressure readings. If neither size fits you properly, and you get high readings, they will tell you to go to your doctor (PCP). They will say it’s ok that the PCP gave them a note showing normal blood pressure readings. Then, once it’s time to start ivf, they will tell you that you can’t proceed until you get a normal reading with their clinic. It no longer matters what your PCP reads. I’ve been to 3 other doctors this year with readings in the 120s/80s, but I now have to start new with a new fertility doctor, due to there being nothing I can do on my end to help them take blood pressure readings properly. I was also told by one of the nurses that it happens all the time, where people get high readings there but get normal readings at their PCP. Just a heads up, if they get a high reading, and you don’t have high blood pressure, don’t waste your money. They will stop the process at the last minute. Start with a different clinic early in the process."

"I strongly recommend to anyone dealing with infertility to not consider this clinic. After about seven transfers at the Little Rock clinic we went to Fertility Associates of Memphis and were pregnant the first transfer. There is not enough space to enumerate the many blunders we encountered this clinic. After experiencing other clinics, it is clear that the Little Rock clinic is operating under very antiquated procedures e.g., fresh embryo transfers, not recommending genetic testing, ERA/Receptiva, and generally not altering protocols for specific needs, etc. on several occasions, we were given contradictory guidance on medication quantities, embryos were not properly frozen during transport resulting in non-viability, and overall the staff at this clinic do not evoke confidence. We wasted a lot of time, energy, and money at this clinic (mostly because we didn’t know better) and hope this review can help other couples get the win we all want."

"There is a Black nurse in the back that is completely rude and is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! 2 different times this week she has been in our room with Dr. Batres. She won't help Dr. Batres, she rolls her eyes and shakes her head constantly and makes all these faces at him. She makes them to us about Dr. Batres. She was rude to us with her words about the lab room. It's not okay!! My husband was right there and witnessed it all as well and we believe that something needs to be done! Her attitude is terrible. If we go back and she is the nurse, I will not allow her to be ours!!"
