Then waited in car they called went inside the nurse saw me right away and then the doctor had a check up with me. DR Layton very personable, answered all my questions, had blood tested and 2 shots out inless then 1 hour thats very speedy. Definitely going back."

"Hello, my name is Katie Lawrence an my mother actually had an appointment on Friday, 3/22/19 at 9 o'clock that morning with ya'll an when she showed up for her appointment she was greeted by the front desk. (Keshia) was completely unprofessional and rude with the way she handled my mother. My mother called me heavily upset with the way she was spoken to and treated by this employee. She was asked multiple times by your employee if she just wanted to just cancel the appointment. She said that her tone of voice was extremely rude and unsettling for an individual of her position. From my understanding, the professionalism of your employee was inexcusable and not appreciated in the least bit. People of that stand point should treat patients with care and concern, not hateful tones with crude words while insisting for the patient to "just cancel the appointment" It was completely unacceptable and looks incredibly bad on the part of your establishment. A medical clinic should represent professionalism and pragmatism at all times. I expect some sort of action to be taken for the way my mother Tina Lawrence was handled by your employee... Your website speaks of "Living our mission and Corporate responsibility" so hopefully this review reaches the correct person."
