"Called me to get my info, awful attitude, remained calm, eventually she said she would call back and never did, hope she feels better, maybe needed a snack"
"Uncomfortable here :("
"I thought I would like this place my kids go to the children one.. yesterday in was scheduled to come in at 8am. They had first come first serve, I sat from 8am till 11am before I can be seen, because it was other people in front of me. When I was able to see the psychiatrist, and told her everything about me.. I told her my diagnosis from my recent therapist, she gonna tell me I don't think you have bipolar I think it's just PTSD.. I'm saying to myself you don't even know me. I know what I have, and all that I was diagnosed with.. so yeah I cancelled both appointments for next month. I will stick with UAMS doctors. Doctors need to listen to the patient, don't be so quick to wanting to throw medication for the problem. Treat the problem. And not drug is with the problem, that will cause more problems. And plus you have people up there that have colds that don't wear a mask.. the only person that wears one is the elderly lady at the receptionist desk. I shouldn't have to ask a doctor to put a mask on, when I also have one on."
"My therapist Ellen is great an I love her am I love my psychologist my first year there but when she left after she finished her residence I got Dr. Young. I had a side effect with one of my medicine Desvenlaxtine (75 Mg) an it gave me Ulcers in the back of my throat an I couldn't talk or even open my mouth due to the pain. I told a nurse that it was ulcers an she gonna say it's not ulcers it's sounds like strep throat (which I am already an carrier an I've been around people with it an never gotten it) an they also said it could be thrush an inwas like no it's not thrush. So I went from 75 MG to 50 MG for a day then I went 25 MG on my own an the ulcers went away. Then doctor young gave me Hrydroyxazine an it's knocked me out for 6-8 hours an I couldn't even drive anywhere an I felt drunk/high just from 1 pill. It also made my anxiety worse an I felt like someone was on my chest. Dr. Young didn't feel comfortable purring me on something that I asked so I left because I felt like I wasn't getting no help."
"Excellent resources for anyone needing assistance with mental health care or substance abuse. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful to their patients. They really do care about the people that they treat. They have many types of treatment options and counseling for children and adults. They also have psychiatrist on-site to help people with medications needs and other treatment plans. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help."
