Reviews
"They don't answer their phones and they don't listen to the patient at all."
"I was sent here earlier last year for an ADHD assessment by my doctor, but the doctor at Alleviant didn't give me an actual assessment - just a series of open-ended questions, and then she decided "in her opinion" that I did not have ADHD. This is not the assessment my doctor sent me here for, and I have to wait until later this year for my insurance to allow another *real* ADHD assessment somewhere else. My doctor also stated that after my experience here, and the experience others have had here, she will not be referring anyone else to Alleviant for an ADHD assessment in the future. I cannot speak to how Alleviant handles other mental health conditions, but go somewhere else if you're in need of an ADHD assessment."
"Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They are organized and efficient. I have had a very positive experience and have already recommended them to a friend."
"Kizzie has changed my life for the better! I'm so glad I came to her office!"
"Houston and the rest of the team here know absolutely nothing about the products they're advertising, and it's a shame they even work in the mental health field. They want you to either breathe ketamine or partake in TMS, but they can't explain anything about either of those "therapies". They don't even know how much they cost out of pocket. All they're doing is trying to exploit insurance companies to pay for inconsistent treatments that don't guarantee results. Do not go here for treatment because you will be sorely misinformed and disappointed. Go to a real psychiatrist at another company. This one is a joke just like their employed APRNs, which I wouldn't trust to prescribe me an ibuprofen."
