"Terrible experience. I logged in the telehealth link at 1:45 and put my phone on do not disturb like it says to do on the link. Then after 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting while it told me they were running late and continue to wait I messaged to find out they tried to call me on the phone they had me put on do not disturb and that I have missed my appointment. When I called the main number I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Now I have to reschedule again for a lab review 4 days from now."
