"Was very quick, convenient, and the customer service was thorough & prompt in responding to my questions… However I felt a bit deceived about what I was paying for. They have you sign consents for every “treatment” you receive, but my card was afterwards charged for an additional $79 “therapy visit” that I had originally opted out of on my online registration. When they told me after my evaluation that my next phone call would be from a doctor, I wasn’t aware that it was actually going to be the “therapy visit” that I’d said in the beginning I didn’t want or need. After talking to this person on the phone thinking they were a doctor and we were just finishing up, I was told that the actual doctor would reach out to me soon for the final portion. I was confused and shocked with another charge on my card that I didn’t authorize or expect. They were also firm and slightly hostile about not refunding this or showing me any proof of me consenting to this because I had already received the “service…” which was a 3-minute phone call. It left a bad taste in my mouth."

"These people like to steal your money they have done it to me and now I’m trying to get them to give my money back after they call asking if they could move my appointment to the next day and then they woman tells me my records won’t work cause they are a day over 12 months when they would have been perfectly fine the day before. I’m done with this company. How can you say you’re here for us only to make the situation worse for those of us that are disabled and need this. I can’t stand this company and I hope they all stub their freaking pinky toes every night for the rest of their lives. Sorry but I’m not sorry"
