"I've been a patient for over 5 years and been religiously every 3 to 4 months since then for my script refills. Called in November to schedule a checkup and the earliest they could see me was Jan 3 so I scheduled it. Called on Dec 18 (which was when my medication was due to be refilled) to request that my sleep medication (that I have taken for 16 solid years) be refilled and the receptionist told me that they wouldn't fill it until after my appointment but they were not able to schedule the appointment any sooner. When I panicked because that would be 2 weeks without my medication she told me to keep that in mind when scheduling my next appointment but they wouldn't be able to do anything different. So for the first time in 16 years I have to adjust to no medication b/c the doctor has a busy schedule."
