"I love this place! Staff and management is wonderful people, you can tell they care about all patients and go out their way to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve had to deal with bad past clinics, but this one is superb, as far as calling in to make an appointment and being checked in, it’s always a friendly greeting and smile. The receptionist really go out their ways to make sure your questions are answered and satisfied when hanging up I recently spoke to a Abby who was really patient and walked me through understanding my appointments and had the sweetest conversation. Overall the clinical upgrade and the people are exactly what you’d want in a clinic."

"Have had 2 appointments canceled at last second by staff because they gave out the wrong information or didnt include important health information, or my PCP was retiring and didn't want to see me and had the clinic manager call personally after i got home to Little Rock from work in Fayetteville Ar ,drove 2 1/2 hours to have my appointment canceled less than 1 hour before i got to clinic, lost to much time from work due to the incompetentence of some people , and there is 1 employee there who can't separate work professionalism from her personal life and looks down on me every time I walk in and she's there. How do you trust a clinic that even the nurses or rn's don't know what equipment they got but still set you up an appointment for something they can't do. What's really sad is I suffer from clinical suicideality and this place is making my depression So much worse that I feel like I would be doing them a favor if I left this planet."

"Love the new location on Kanis!!!! We were patients at the old location for 20+ years. When Dr Copper moved we looked at a close to home PCP. After 6 months went back to SV Family Clinic. Our new PCP Dr. KK was so nice and through. He takes a real interest in his patients and the staff is awesome. So glad we returned to this clinic."

"I’m giving this hospital one star for the bad service of the nurses and front desk staff , I have been a patient of D.Joseph William for more than three years l visit the hospital once a year for a wellness check up which is a free service no co-pay no bills for lab test ,for the first year wellness visit Yeah everything was correct ,but for the last two visit nope!first one they made me pay for co-pay and the second one I had to pay for lab blood test bill !! And after one week I received another blood test bill! when called to inquire about the bills the one I paid and the unpaid one the front desk said that the nurse was scheduled me for a regular visit!! And they said they will fix the issue but the never did!!"
