The reason for 4 stars is they’re just a little too pricey for me on some stuff but I always at least get a bar or two anytime I come in. Good customer service :)."

"When we were in hot springs for vacation with our family we went in and looked around for a little while it was very lovely and the shop is beautiful. I bought myself the Oatmeal Creme foaming body scrub and absolutely loved it. Since then I have ordered from their summer clearance sale and adored those scrubs as well and I just ordered for Christmas presents because I found it to be such a luxurious experience that I wanted to gift it to my boyfriend's mom. The only bummer was the rewards program says free samples with each order...none were included with the order I received today. Not going to drop the rating...but thats a massive let down, when you were excited to see a little surprise or sample in the package."

"A nice aesthetic shop with great collection of soaps, bath bombs etc. The staff was really polite and friendly. They helped me choose my stuff throughout and made my shopping experience even more personalized. I have been using the soaps I bought since then and they are really great quality products. A real fine shop located in the middle of hot springs downtown."
