"I was there 2 weeks ago. They greater me and helped me find what I was looking for. Here’s my beef: One of the managers, because the 4 ladies that were at check out didn’t know how to answer my question, said I could save TUHDAY on my purchase. So, I was elated that I had come on a great day of savings, RIGHT? No, they signed me up for a savings promo that they not allowed me to save if I came back for another purchase!!! I hate the finagling of salespersons. So, no, I didn’t save on my purchase. #decepticons"

"Literally just walked out of this store. I have been to 4 places today shopping. Everywhere had super helpful staff that where kind and greeted me. Here NO! I was not asked if I needed help. I was halfway greeted when I walked in. No one approached me and asked what I was looking for I did get what looked like glares from some of the older women working. I dont see why since I was wearing a hoody with the hood down and pants. Maybe it was my colored hair? I walked in ready to spend up to my $160 budget but decided against it. I did still purchase some cheaper boots around $38 I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards I declined and that was it at check out no more attempts by them at conversation. When I went to leave I got a less than enthusiastic goodbye and wished a happy Thanksgiving while the older woman turned around. I did notice the other people in the store being greeted warmly and treated like their business mattered. Though I'm sure the fact they looked like they had I will not be returning. They have a good selection of shoes but the cold shoulder and lack of customer service negates it."

"Staff was to busy visiting with each other to notice we were there. One sales person broke away briefly when went seeking assistance. Planned to make a purchase, but will go elsewhere"

"I am from out of town and came through shopping. My daughter and I stopped to look at shoes on the table. The manager informed me they would have them re-stocked by 2:00 the next day. I made a special trip out there just to get the shoes. When I got there I told them the situation, and they said ooh we have not gotten to them yet. One lady with black hair was standing in the door way on her phone, and the other younger lady at the register was just slumped over it. They did not even try to help between their yawns. Man thanks a lot."

"I do not go to hot springs often or shoe shopping for that matter. I needed new work shoes and everywhere else doesn’t carry my size. I wanted shoes that would be fine to wear in any weather, that would be comfortable to wear for 12 hours shifts on concrete, to workout in, and I hoped that were cute. I figured I was exciting to much from one pair of shoes. I got there and started looking around found a pair that was cute they didn’t have my size so moved on and found another that did. I tried to get the shoes out from the pile and was having trouble. An employee Walked by and said “now you know how we feel that happens to us all the time”. With a smile on her face. I turned and smiled back “I don’t think you understand how difficult this is” held up my hand to show that my thum is warped. She walked away with out helping. So I sat down and tried on the shoes walking around in one of them for a min. The cute pair was still in my mind so I tried to get an employee’s assistants. Once I did I asked if they could be ordered in the size I needed. “We don’t have that size in the store but I could see if we are able to order them” the same woman from the pile said. She stood there for a few seconds and I said “yes that is what I need”. She walked to the counter and I stayed by the shoes. She turns and started to yell across the store “the shoes are not available in wide, that the largest size is a medium.” Though the whole sentence I was yelling back to her “do not yell that to me come to me”, “do not yell my size”. She keep yelling it even walking to me and halfway to me I sat the shoes that I had down and walked out walked passed her and said “ do not yell peoples sizes out across the store”."
