"I've been treated poorly! The staff is too busy & Dr. Hayes obviously has a larger practice than his staff can handle! My mother hasn't been prescribed the same dosage of medicine that she had during her rehabilitation stay. I've tried to get this straightened out for over a month. The nurse won't return my calls. Finally, I went to the office in person to no avail! I keep calling but Monday, Dec. 4th was the final straw; we will be going elsewhere for further treatment!"
