"Aside from my left foot getting caught in a groove in the machine and bent under to the point I can barely walk on it and getting held down by the tech doing the test when I told her that I couldn't breathe and my claustrophobia was setting in, Plus the 'receptionist was rude and obnoxious as hell. I don't know how they've stayed in business......"

"The wait was reasonable and the tech was great. The problem is that I have been unable to access the portal despite multiple attempts and phone calls. The receptionists are nice enough but all they keep telling me is they don't know anything about the portal and don't know how to help me. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a portal."

"My family has used Advanced Imaging for several years, and everyone we have dealt with there has always been very friendly, yet professional. The ladies there who've done imaging on my daughter are simply amazing. The first time she had an MRA there, she was very young. Although she was rarely still at that age, they were able to get her to be still long enough to do the scans just by talking and joking with her. The ladies at Advanced made her MRA a comfortable and pleasant experience. Anytime I have to have imaging done, Advanced is my preferred imaging provider, because I know they will take good care of me, treat me with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness. After having some really bad experiences at other medical providers' offices in Texarkana, I wish that some of them would take lessons from the folks at Advanced. They could definitely learn a thing or two about how to treat patients, because as far as I'm concerned, Advanced has it figured out. And, no one at Advanced is paying me to write this review. They don't know I'm doing it either. I just happened to see a couple of google reviews when I looked up their phone number and thought I should leave a review, too, since my family has used them so long. I'm a firm believer that for every complaint made for a provider doing something wrong, we should also give a compliment for a provider doing something right."

"Receptionist called to tell me what time to be there for an appt. I told her I had an apt @ 0830 and was told it would be finished at 0930 so I would be over right after than. She wanted me there earlier for paperwork. I asked if I could come get the paperwork today and fill it out ahead of time and asked what time they closed. I told her I work and have a schedule too so I'm trying to get it all in the same day. I did not get half of that sentence out before she was interrupting me and talking down to me. She asked if she could put me on hold and I said No, so she did anyway. She came back and told me I could come get the paperwork today. I asked if she was going to tell me what time they closed and she said I had not asked. I told her I did ask but she was to busy interrupting me to hear probably. I told her it was not to much to ask to be able to finish a sentence. She talked like I was a 3 year old and I called her a B***** and hung up. Went to get the paperwork and told her I did not appreciate the way she treated me on the phone. She said it was because of the explicative I used. I told her I didn't say that until the end of the conversation. She said I was lucky they were still treating me as a pt. I told her don't bother then. I will not be cut off, talked down to or threatened... There are getting to be fewer and fewer people in Texarkana with manners of any kind. I hope this girl gets a rash, and I think her superiors need to know."
