"I have to say that Texarkana Emergency Center & Hospital exceeded my expectations. A warm and inviting atmosphere; unlike the cold feel of a typical emergency room. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Friendly, caring, and attentive describes every staff member I had contact with, from intake to the nurses, and physicians. From the moment I was taken back to a room everything moved quickly. The nurses and doctors listened to my concerns, acted quickly to arrive at a diagnosis, and performed all tests from labs to imaging quickly. The nurses and doctors communicated everything with me as test results returned. They were reassuring and kind throughout the entire encounter. I have never experienced the level of compassion and caring at any other emergency room ever. "I went today to Texarkana Emergency Center for a simple X-ray. They literally had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and I loved how they all just worked together, from the front desk staff to the X-ray staff. Great display of team work and a wonderful atmosphere."
"TEC is fantastic! I appreciate so much that they immediately recognized how much pain I was in and had me in a room within minutes. Only minutes later I was seen and given the proper medications and was on my way home. As a nurse, I am always aware of being a patient advocate, but it's so different when you become the patient.
