"Not commenting on their work because our child never got the chance to see a counselor. Waited three weeks for a appointment because of the holidays then learned after we checked in that my child’s appointment had been rescheduled for the next day. Their excuse? The previous scheduler had been let go. Not sufficient. The owner there has a responsibility to ensure every patient is contacted about any schedule adjustment. Found a counselor elsewhere who could see our child."
