"Put in a room and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before Dr. West even came in. He was in room about 3 minutes, then I had to wait another hour just to get an ultrasound. Maybe you shouldn’t schedule so many patients at one time."

"Dr. West is amazing. He has been my OBGYN for about 9 years now. I started seeing him when I got pregnant with my now 8 year old who he delivered, and he just recently delivered my 2 month old son. I seen him in between my children too for regular visits. He’s always been thorough, caring, and very informative. The whole office, his nurses, and him are very friendly."

I called the office this morning and finally got the front desk to tell me Dr. Jay's nurse was in clinicals today and she left a note for her to call me back tomorrow."
