I am not rushed in out like so many doctor offices. I take my grandchildren and mother there as well, that is how much I trust them. "My many experiences have been great. I see Leah Costello usually and she has always treated my problems and is more than willing to answer any questions I may have. I have been able to get simple medications by placing a phone call when I cannot make an appointment because of work. They have treated my problems that come with cerebral palsy, my numerous uti's, and gave great information to help with weight loss. Always fast to work me in if needed, the wait staff is very polite. The few times I have had a problem, it has been them not sending prescription info to my pharmacy and was cause by high patient traffic. They resolved this after a quick call. I had a problem with billing once, however, that was confusion about who my primary insurance provider was when I got new insurance. My insurance provider assured me I did not owe anything, and the staff and my insurance got it worked out."

"Wait time is short, the waiting room and doctors office are very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and prescriptions are called in almost immediately."

"The staff is incompetent. Tried calling twice in a week to get a refill on son's meds. Was told they would call it in. Finally told in the pharmacy on the second visit that the doctor wanted to see him first. They not only didn't call to let us know, they also didn't tell us the second time we called to get a refill. When I asked why that was, the Office Manager informed me that it wasn't their problem, wasn't their fault, and she didn't care. So we are now looking for another doctor."
