"Left a 79 year old woman sitting in her car for an hour and a half in 53 degree weather even after not having a fever and testing negative for all the tests!!!!! This is irresponsible!!! She had a sinus infection! So so irresponsible!! An apology is not adequate!!!"

"I like Dr Thaxton but I have a lot of problems here that I believe are due to another staff member. This is the 4th time that refills were not added to my prescription, and having called twice today, there's still nothing at the pharmacy (after closing time at the Doc office). Once I had to call them 3 days in a row to even get the first prescription called in. I've had appointment times given wrong once. My referral to orthopedics was never made until I called to remind them about it over a week later, and then they gave me a referral to the one place I asked to not go to. Dr Thaxton is a good guy but someone in this office is clearly not doing their job."
