"I usually would give this place 5 starts because of every other location I’ve been to. Sport clips is always the same every time, but in a good way. I’ve never had a bad experience at a sport clips until this one. I’ve always taken my boys to sport clips all over. We travel a lot, so our family has been to different store all over the country, from Minnesota, Tennessee, Ohio and Nevada just to name a few of the more frequented locations. I visited my sister in Sioux Falls and decided to get haircuts for her three boys while out and about. Even used the online check in app to schedule. We were still told a 118 minute wait because of the other online check ins when there was NOT A SOUL in the store, the other online check ins got to go ahead of us even though no one was present. We were spots #3 #4 and #5. Making only 2 people ahead of us. TWO. Not one of those 2 people showed up before we decided to leave after waiting at least 30-40 minutes of what seemed like watching a horrible comedy, with three young women doing nothing but somehow looking like chickens running around with their heads cut off at the same time. We took our time sitting in the car for a little while to watch and see, no one came in the 15 minutes we sat there. My sister called from the car to ask what the current wait time was and the lady told her “sorry, we are all booked up for the day so try the online check in tomorrow.” It wasn’t even 12:30 in the afternoon."

"Can't plan on this store being open! Just stopped in for a cut, there was nobody waiting. But I was told, it would be 90 minutes to wait! But there's no customers here!!!"

"I did the check in online option. I arrived at the location with 40 minutes left on my wait time. After sitting for 10 minutes my wait time went up to almost 2 hours. When I asked about it, they said management decided they were going to do some training so no one was available to cut hair. Avoid this place"
