"I called an hour before and they were not on time. I called a couple times to see where they were and he said both times, the cab will be there in a minute. Showed up 20 minutes late and I was late for my doctors appointment. Edit: I called when I was in a cold weather situation and no other way to get home and the same driver arrived 10 minutes or less and drove me to my destination quickly."

"You Know...Im Im So Tired Of Peoples Nasty Attitudes All The Way Around Especially When You Have To Deal With The Public. I understand the public cN get harsh but to answer for car service with the response of a nasty dispatch is unprofessional and unreal. Called for a cab this morning early to travel and the diapatch tells me they only have two drivers and it will be an hour to an hour and a half so I nicely said ok as an ok ill wait ,ill put you down he said i said can I reserve he tells me i only have two drivers so i hung up. Then i called back to give him my name so no one will take my ride IF THEY SHOWED UP THEN THIS DUDE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IM NOT A SOCIAL WORKER SO I Responded and said I didnt ask you to be a social worker and hung up on him."

"Early morning service was booked the night before to assure prompt pickup. However, when the appointed time came: no taxi. After waiting 5-10 minutes, I called to see where things were at. I was informed that the taxi was running behind and was downtown, between 3-4 miles away. I then asked about how long it would likely be in terms of drive time and indicated that I had booked the taxi the night before to assure the pickup was prescheduled. The dispatcher then proceeded to berate me and lecture about how the transportation business does not run on time and "what do I expect?" When I informed him we were going to the airport and needed to be prompt for that reason, he then stated in a sarcastic tone of voice "So what are you going do if the plane is late? Complain about that too?" I replied that I didn't like being talked to like this: I was just trying to get to the airport on time and give them some business. He then told me to find my own damn transportation and hung on me. We had to scramble and contacted Uber, whom I guess we should have gone with to begin with. The driver was there in 6 minutes."
