"Scam. I called them about replacing a headlight. He told me it would be at least $200 for labor because it’s a huge job needing to take my whole bumper off. It cost $9.99 for the same labor at fleet farm and took them less than 15 minutes. He lied to me. Probably because I’m a woman."
"Communication non existent. Small shop seems to take on more work than it can keep organized. Car was done and they just didn't call me, had to show up unannounced. Didn't actually explain what they found, and he kept trying to leave the door open for him to "break" parts. Like can you do it or not? Cuz not breaking it worse is a basic part of repair. Just go to the Firestone full service."
