"I had a brakes job and inspection done but there's so much poor communication. They did some work that I did need need just in the name of passing inspection and I asked them to keep for some of the parts they replaced but now this guy Rich is saying that he put a note and the mecs might have missed it. Then he's saying they thought that it was not worth saving! I went pick the trailer up and it was missing a nut by the glad handle and one airbag was installed crooked. I paid the bill(over 4K) and they said they will get to it immediately and they will let me know as soon as they are done but that didn't happen until I checked on the 4day later. Now I am waiting for them to give my parts back of which they said they will...so I'm waiting."
