"On August 4, 2013, I brought my black PT Cruiser into the Jiffy Lube located at 1570 Thomas Center Drive in Eagan, MN 55122 at store number 3158. I was approached by Jay S., one of the most enthusiastic and professional individuals I had ever encountered. He asked lots of questions and was quickly able to inform and advise me of the services offered at Jiffy lube. He also walked me through the process and educated me about the condition of my vehicle. He noticed that one of the . license plate bulbs was not functioning and moved forward in replacing it. He also provided me with options and cost associated with my choices. He ensured that I was in total agreement before any repairs were completed. On my invoice, there was a reminder of the free "top off" policy. Wow! I also would like to mention the other mechanics: Brian M. and Andrew B. (General Manager) who worked as a team not only to service my vehicle, but for all the cars in repair. I have never experienced team work like I did at store 3158. What a phenomenal experience. I plan to bring my car to be serviced at this location moving forward.
