"Update: the district manager reached out and apologized. He said they wanted to make it right. Worked with the shop & brought it in a 2nd time to get over spray cleaned up & missed spots coated. But they still missed over spray spots. Had to bring it in a 3rd time for them to get 97% of the overspray spots. However once I got it home I still found a few more spots on & around the tailgate. At that point I just decided to take care of myself because I was tired of going back and forth. To help compensate they did do a paint protectant sealant on it for free. However the quality on that was not as expected either. They did not clay bar and clean the paint before they put the sealant on it so contaminants were trapped between the sealant and the paint. Overall very disappointed... Customer service I will give four to five stars. But quality of work I'll give 2 stars at best. Extremely disappointed! I don't know what happened... Whoever sprayed my truck didn't care about their job or my truck!! The undercoating job is terrible! I have over spray everywhere! Chrome exhaust tip heavy over spray! Inside and bottom of doors overspray! Overspray on my wheels! Even got overspray on my engine cover! Sprayed my turbos with undercoating. Left the dirty and oily plastic seat protector on the drivers seat (at least they used one...) The finish/texture on the under coating is very uneven! Puddles of undercoating all over the underside. Very frustrating! I will say the gentleman working the office is very nice to work with. { for whatever reason Google won't let me post photos with this review}"

"This is what I got back after leaving my car for 8 hours for a detailing job and paying $257. Dust and grime everywhere. I could’ve gotten the same result with a damp paper towel in 15 minutes. The carpets were ok. But everything else felt rushed and inattentive. I’m not a tough customer, I don’t expect perfection but this was not worth $250."

"These guys did an amazing job! I purchased the platinum package which included rustproofing, sound barrier, Z gloss ceramic coating, interior protection and windshield coating. I also purchased the paint film protection for the hood, door edges and handle pockets. My truck looks newer than it did when I purchase it.They explain every process up front and how it protects your vehicle. They walk you through the warranty process and leave no questions unanswered. Very knowledgeable at what they do and treat you right. I highly recommend these guys!"

"Spoke to Matt on the phone for undercoating an 08 Silverado, was sold as soon as the convo ended! The job took 24 hours since preventative maintenance needed to be done, but I was very pleased with the outcome! Price was very good compared to the other undercoating competition and they also offer a yearly touch up for around $70. Matt also personally took care of a smear that was caused by something that had rubbed against the coating in the driver rear wheel well, on the same day that I called in, for no extra charge! I highly recommend Matt and Ziebart in Fridley for any undercoating needs! Attached are the before and after photos!"
