They walked me through my options, gave me a fair quote and did excellent work. Really great to find a business that treats people like people and not dollar bills. When I found out, I called the insurance company myself and they came out the next business day. They then said Ford sent them the wrong part TWICE! It was one excuse after another. They did a good job in the end but it took WAY TOO LONG. For most shops, this would be a one week job at the most."
