"Update below: What a complete dumpster. Friday I buy oil and filter for an oil change. Ford changes the recommendations for oil weight so I come in today(Tuesday) simple to exchange 5w-20 for 5w-30 and the guy working says they cant do it, citing my filter/oil purchase discount. So I decide to just return oil and they steal $5 from me. That’s exactly what this is, is theft. All I wanted was to exchange the 5w-20 for 5w-30. And yep, pony tail, crabby and rude. Thats him Update: regional manager and store manager went out of their way to remedy the situation and I am very pleased with how they handled it. I won’t delete review solely because they are still engaging in this same practice because employees are not taught process for a simple exchange. However Autozones customer service people online were as helpful as the person who charged me to exchange the oil."

"They have the parts you need, most of the time. Price isn't terrible. Staff used to be a little friendlier, but I'm usually in and out. I would hate to send my daughter to go pick something up from there, as she likes to talk, and I feel she might get kicked out."

"Walked in and the guy stands there staring at me with his arms crossed. No greeting, just an irritated tone like I'm interrupting him. I had a part in my hand and description of what I wanted, he looked for it on the computer but I'm watching the screen and we're not getting anywhere. Left the store and went straight to the parts store across the street. Got helped right away. To be in retail you have to enjoy working with people."
