"They come right out to my truck and switch out headlights, tail lights, batteries - stuff like that - free of charge (except I always give them a $10 or $20 depending on the time spent doing that free wrenching). They answer all of my questions no matter how ridiculous yes, I am no mechanic). They're convenient for me in my daily travels. All at decent prices with various options. What's not to like?"

They will go the extra distance to double-check to make sure that you are getting the right part for your application, I'm a regular customer at this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts because of the above reasons! James is an excellent manager. Patrick is very personable and knowledgeable Marie is a newer employee but is very dedicated to what she does. And Ruben will definitely go the extra distance to get you a part that is difficult to find! Overall A+ rating. This review is non solicited just giving credit where credit is due! "Very helpful staff. Usually have what I need. Manager has gone a over and beyond now with a headlight bulb exchange, a new wiper, and torque wrench return. I have always liked O'Reilly Auto Parts and have gone to my local one wherever I have lived but this location definitely has the best staff."
