"Horrible experience!! After having to repeat our order several times until it was correct, due what sounded like a party going on in the kitchen, we still did not get the correct order. When the car hop brought the food, she repeated the correct order, but apparently gave us the wrong bag. The food we did get, which was not what we ordered, was COLD!"
"Placed an online order to pick up at 5:35pm. Checked in at 5:33pm. At 5:45 I pushed the red button just to check on the order. Sat there until 5:55. Finally went to the drive through and asked about the order. I checked on the order and the response was “We are understaffed so we have to wait.” I asked if I just wait in the drive through? “You can but it’s going to be a while. Honestly still waiting while typing this at 6:05pm. I’m 4th in line at the drive through."
"Ordered two chicken strip combos with gravy. They were "out" of gravy. Got home to puny chicken strip. One was a tad over an inch long. There was no onion ring and the food was cold. This place is usually the better of the sonics near maumelle. But today they failed big time!!!!!!"
"Nice Sonic that has all the items any other Sonic has or offers. The half price drinks are offered through the app all day. It was easy to get in and out of and the service was fast. Not a bad fast food spot."
"Ordered DoorDash this morning and wasn’t pleased. The “larger” burrito is the biggest they offer. It had two tator tots in it. The junior burrito was literally the size of a salsa packet. I used to work at this location in high school and my manager wouldn’t have ever let this leave the store if caught onto it."
