"Carlos was a good talker. He ordered me a size 5 shoe. Cut down the orthotics. Many months later i got a voice mail saying I had a refund. Left voice mail next day send it to address you have. Never got any refund. Would not recommend them. FYI my foot measures 3.5 so I have them in closet."
