"Fantastic clinic. We are new to the area and they got our dogs in fast and answered all my questions. Super staff and vet! Thank you for being awesome ❤️"
"Love Dr Rucker. Always takes time to explain in detail what is wrong with my dogs. He understands they’re my babies. Dr Amy is very kind and gentle to My pets and such a nice person. And the staff, well I just can’t say enough good things about them."
"Yesterday we had to have our lab put to sleep. Dr. Allen and all of the staff could not have made us feel more comfortable. We felt love from everyone. I can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you all for making a hard day as comfortable as possible."
"I had appt today & arrived early, no other customers in waiting room or parking lot. After 1/2 hour in the exam room, I walked back up front & asked about my appt. Was told they had a walk in, but I was next in line. No "emergency" reason or anything, so I left . I have to drive almost an hour to Arkadelphia. 2 stars for nice staff & previous visit, I'm a repeat customer trying to get my kittens shots, bumped for a walk in"
"After coming here for over a year and always feeling like we had a good visit, I went to get my pup an ultrasound at another Dr because they do not have one and I now feel as though Dr. Rucker dismissed a lot of my concerns. He also tends to treat the problem rather than diagnose. Multiple times I have come in and he just says “well let's try this and if it doesn't work we you can come back and we will figure it out.” Well I came back and you didn't figure it out, in just over a week and two visits all you did was send me home with medicine and a “lets hope he gets better.” Cancer. My dog (my best friend) has cancer. And it was barely even mentioned to me that it was a possibility, instead Dr. Rucker made it seem like it was “probably nothing, no big deal, happens to a lot of dogs with no explanation,” after he lost four pounds, stopped eating, liver enzymes going up, extremely weak, and had hair loss. It wouldn't have mattered anyways because we caught it too late. But I do know that had I gone in earlier to another Vet, there may have been a chance. Here, Dr. Rucker probably would've said “well he's getting older.” And left it at that. If you're located here just go to South Arkansas Vet Hospital, it's cheaper and they'll actually want to make sure your dog is okay and give them the best possible chance. Dr. Rucker is great if you just want a Vet who can calm your anxieties but not figure out the problem."
