"These people are thrives . I paid 350 for 2 weeks and on my last day there i came home to find my door locked they said I owed them more money. They threatened to call the cops all talk so I took it upon myself to call them. The cops never showed bc they said it was a civil matter. These people our rude and tries to tell you u are not allowed company my own family. Do Not Stay There."

"Not the place to stay if you're an art lover; there are two copies of the same painting on one wall in room 9. Granted, the paintings are tasteful, mid-19th century "Mission Viejo III", it would be nice to see a bit more variety. Though the bed sheets are NOT Egyptian cotton, they are a nearly indistinguishable replication—a carbon copy, really. Upon arrival, I noticed that the deadbolt did not work, and the slide-bolt had been removed and replaced with a "Black Ice" air freshener. This seemed like a bad thing at first, but after a few deep breaths, I realized that it was actually a good thing. In fact, an air freshener may actually be more necessary than a slide-bolt. There was no telephone, but on the bright side my mom wasn't calling me all night to brag about her new boyfriend. The TV was playing Rambo all night, so that was definitely a plus! I'm not really a big fan of First Blood: Part II, but going from First Blood to Rambo III would've just caused too much confusion. And I'm probably just being too hard on First Blood: Part II. The helicopter fight scene was a redeeming end to an otherwise mediocre action flick. The overhead light needs a cover on it, but, oh well—I guess you get what you pay for. I'm glad there's two beds, though. I'm still not sure why there's a smoke detector in my "NO SMOKING" room. That's kind of a waste of resources. The toilet is a little round for my liking, but then again I've always been partial to the more ovular bowl. And the pull-up bar in the shower is a bit weak. I would like to see some sort of maximum weight capacity warning. Luckily, it's not a very long fall. Rambo III is starting!!! Overall, great stay. If I were to rate it, I'd have to give First Blood 4 stars, First Blood: Part II 2.5 stars, and Rambo III a full 5 stars, much like my time here at the College Inn."

"I just called this motel. The attendant answered the phone "hello." I asked if they had vacancies. The guy said "what?" I said "do you have any rooms available?" He said "yes." I asked for pricing on a double bed. He said ' drive up here ill tell you price." I said "you can't give me a price over the phone? " his response was no. very rude. I prefer to pay more and deal with decent human beings. this scum bag was going to set my rate based on my appearance I guess"

"This is a quiet and economical motel within easy walking distance to the Henderson college campus. The rooms are small but quite clean and comfortable. The owners are lovely people who live on-site. I'll definitely stay there again if I need to spend the night in Arkadelphia."

"I was given a great price, 2 rooms for $40 each, including tax. Both rooms were full sized with 2 beds, tv, refrigerator, and microwave, and high bandwidth WiFi. Looked like the bathroom had been redone...it was nice. Toilet kept running after flushing but the gentleman there was very nice about fixing it and even offered me another room if i wanted. Very clean and comfortable place. The rooms were larger than average...it was nice."
