"Not bad - Not great... We started seeing this vet after relocating here and spent quite a bit of $ here on our service dog with cancer and all of his meds. We are responsible pet owners and keep our dogs vetted and in heart worm and flea/tick meds. A couple months after starting with this vet we found 2 dogs on the side of the road emaciated and was told by Dr. Coleman that they would not have made it through the night. We vetted them with her on our own dime and was not offered any sort of discount for them being a stray and knowing we were trying to do the right thing. This visit along with some meds for our other dog was in excess of $500 alone. A couple weeks later (and quite a chunk of $ so far to this office) we called the office to see if they knew of anyone who could help us with our service dog and a vet that would come to the house to put him down. It was a Friday and I was told that if I could get him in by noon they could help us but otherwise they were gone for the day. This was a family member to us and I felt dismissed. No offer to help us find someone. I am not saying that Dr. Coleman is not a good vet. I am just saying that I have not had this office, in any of the opportunities that they have had, go the extra mile or feel that they excelled enough for a 5 star review. There was only once with a med for our dog that they offered a discount because we advised them we could get it cheaper online. They still charged for a written prescription. Sadly we were left with the impression that it was more about $$ than about the pets or us. We have found another vet in town and WOW what a difference!!"
"Being from another state and having no family here to care for my dog while I am away, I started going to Dr Coleman's office for boarding. I am very particular about who takes care of my fur baby, but Dr. Coleman and her staff have been excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!?"
