"This was my second visit a few days ago and Jacqueline had been super nice the first time I met her last year.. But she had been training someone so that woman was in the room with us at the time.. This time, though she was alone, and it was just me and her, and she was in a completely different demeanor towards me..she acted dismissive of my concerns about my health. She literally said this is a lot to discuss in one appointment.??? OK, maybe it is but that doesn’t mean it should be dismissed! It’s my health and you’re supposed to care about my health as you’re supposed to be my Doctor! I got home, and when I Tell my husband what happened and how it went and he was unhappy with the situation as well.. Needless to say, he looked her up to see what credential she had since she wasn’t behaving as a doctor. It turns out she’s not even an actual doctor!!?? She’s just a practicing nurse??! I can’t believe she’s pretending to be an actual doctor smh Anyway, I thought she was an actual doctor. I’m going to be looking for a new doctor because I need an actual doctor to help me with my Medical needs. And I also need a doctor or someone who actually cares about my health and doesn’t dismiss it.. She acted as if I was a nuisance and bothering her by being there. I have an extremely hard time getting my thoughts across so I took notes so that I wouldn’t forget to mention certain things that I wanted to mention, and she acted like it was annoying her that I had taken notes! As if trying to make sure I got my medical needs addressed, is a bad thing. Where else am I supposed to get them addressed? You are my Doctor aren’t you? That’s what I felt like asking but at the same time I’m not a mean person, so it was very hard for me to understand why she was being so mean.. And I understand if this comes across as mean, but at this point, I’ve thought about it a lot! And i have been having this current health issue that’s been making me even more miserable for the last 3+ weeks at this point.. and it’s not getting any better… She didn’t even want to look into the diagnosis of what could be causing the issue instead she just wants to mask the pain with painkillers, and only after.. I asked her three different times, if she could do anything for me!! Seriously painkillers is all she would do. She wouldn’t even do an MRI and x-ray or anything else, to see what’s going on! I am very disappointed. I had much higher hopes for her abilities to help me after the first visit I had, I was led to believe she was kind and took me seriously but it was only an act in front of the other lady that had been there in training. I do not recommend her, unless all you need, is to talk to someone that doesn’t care."

"Dr. Balguri gets 5 out of 5!! He is by far the best doctor I have seen. This was my first visit and he took his time explaining things to me, being very patient as I ask LOTS of questions. He knew my medical history as he must have diligently reviewed my records before my appointment! The appointment was on time, The staff was SO FRIENDLY! and my prescription was called in and FILLED at the pharmacy before I even left the office after getting labs!! I will never go to another doctor. He was SO GOOD I made my husband an appointment with him on my way out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Nurse practitioner Isaac's is super nice and very knowledgeable. The lab tech who drew my blood was also really awesome, and the most painless and quickest I've ever had blood drawn. I used to always go to baptist health but the techs there were for one very rude and two would also keep missing my veins, I'd have bruises left all over my arm afterwards. Definitely my favorite office I've been too."
