Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Tried to make me get a truck when I said I didn't want a truck, then after saying multiple times that I didn't want a truck they brought me to a Ford f150. After saying again that I don't want a truck they said they have a Toyota for cheaper. They were just trying to get me to rent the more expensive vehicle. AND THE EMPLOYEE WROTE A REVIEW FOR ME AND MADE ME DO 5 STARS. SCAMMERS! - Heidi Nelson."

"This location has exceptional customer services. The staff are nice and friendly . Sadly the rent car is either a miss or a hit. Our toyota rav4 have a rock chip on the windshield, tpms light that stay on-they probably disconnect it, and the fuel gauge that stuck in half way. The Range and the fuel gauge doesn’t match up."

"Recently rented a car via insurance and the pick up/drop off at caliber was super easy. Communication was good The only complaint is I verified 3 times before my pickup date. Even the day before my pickup. After I they picked me up and drove me to enterprise. The car I originally reserved was not available. Only two cars were available. SUV or Truck. I appreciate the offer and having the option for a free upgrade but being worried about my first car rental experience and not driving that big of a truck/suv before without any other options. What if those options didn’t work for me? Enterprise knew I dropped my car off at caliber and don’t even live near the location. Luckily, the SUV worked for me. It was actually very nice and clean. Drove very smooth."
